UNI Base Program Goal:
As
part of NASA-Iowa Space Grant Consortium, UNI-base program encourages
teaching, research, educational outreach, and public service in the
fields of science and engineering that support NASA's Strategic
Enterprises.
The base program here at UNI
focuses on several research and educational areas.
* To encourage interdisciplinary research in space science and
engineering
* To enhance public awareness of the benefits of space-related research
and exploration
* To promote both graduate and undergraduate students in space related
research
